If we cancel the tour, you will receive either a full refund or an alternative date/time
Rain Policy
The Tour will continue to be conducted when there is light rain. In the event of a thunderstorm, a rescheduled date will be provided.
Minimum 2-Pax Departure Policy
Due to the minimum requirement of 2 pax to proceed with the tour, Let’s Go Tour reserves the right to contact the customer to do a reschedule to another slot or day, should the number of guests for the selected tour be less than 2 pax.
