What ticket types are available?

Your seat belongs to zone A, B, C or D depending on visibility. On arrival, an usher will show you to your seating section; seats are assigned on a first-come basis within the zone you purchased.

Can I buy tickets at the box office?

No. Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue; they must be bought via the app or website before arriving.

Can I book a ticket for my carer?

Yes. Guests who need assistance can request 1 free pass for their personal assistant. You must already hold a valid ticket and contact us with supporting documentation.

Is there an age requirement for the event?

All guests must be 8 or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Where can I find my ticket?

Under "Tickets" in the Fever app, logging in with the same method you used to purchase. You'll also find it in your confirmation email.

Can I change my ticket or request a refund?

Date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before the start, subject to availability; contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed unless you purchased a flexible cancellation ticket (10% surcharge), which does allow a refund or change up to 48 hours before the event.

Around 60 minutes. Doors open 60 minutes before; entry is not permitted once it has started.
