What ticket types are available?

There are four zones: Zone A, Zone B, Zone C and Zone D.

Can I buy a ticket at the venue?

Tickets are not sold at the venue. All tickets must be purchased before the show via the app or website (www.feverup.com).

Can I buy a ticket for my carer/companion?

Guests who need assistance during the experience can request a free ticket for their carer/companion. Please contact us after buying your own ticket (you must already hold a valid ticket before requesting one).

Is there a minimum age for the event?

The minimum age is 8. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Where can I find my ticket?

You'll find your ticket under "Tickets" in the Fever app (available on the App Store and Google Play). Log in with the same details you used to place your order. You can also find your QR code in your confirmation email.

Can I change my ticket?

Changing the date and/or time is allowed up to at least 48 hours before your experience, subject to availability. Contact us and include your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances.

How long does the experience last?

Around 60 minutes. Doors open 60 minutes before the show; entry is not permitted once it has started.
