About the venueGranada Theater
The Granada & Uptown Lobby is a charming and adaptable venue in Uptown, Minneapolis. Once a silent film theater in the 1920s, it has undergone a contemporary makeover while preserving its timeless Spanish-Revival architecture. Combining elements of industrial, deco, and elegant design, this vibrant space is ideal for various events.

Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app (available on the App Store and Google Play) — just log in with the same account you used to purchase. Your QR code is also included in your confirmation email.
What are the different ticket types?
Zone A (Mezzanine) offers premium visibility, Zone B offers great visibility, and Zone C offers good visibility.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No, tickets aren't sold at the venue. All tickets must be purchased in advance through the app or website (feverup.com/minneapolis/candlelight).
Can I change my ticket, and are refunds allowed?
Subject to availability, you can exchange your ticket for a different date and/or time up to 48 hours before the original show starts — contact us directly to make the change. No refunds are allowed unless you purchased a Flexible Cancelation Ticket (see below).
How long does the experience last?
The concert lasts around 65 minutes. Doors open 30 minutes before showtime, and latecomers won't be admitted once it begins.
Is this an indoor or outdoor venue?
This is an indoor experience with assigned seating.
Is there food or drinks available?
Drinks are available for purchase, but no food is sold in the theater area. Reservations for pre- or post-show dining — Spanish-inspired fare with a New World fusion twist — are available in the Uptown Lobby; if you plan to dine before the concert, allow enough time.
Can I bring animals?
Animals aren't allowed, with the exception of service animals.
Does this venue have disability access?
The venue is ADA compliant. The ground level and restrooms are wheelchair accessible; however, the mezzanine seating is not.
Can I book a ticket for my caretaker?
Guests who need assistance throughout the experience can apply for one free companion pass for their caretaker. You'll need a valid ticket of your own first — contact us afterwards for more information.
Is there parking available?
Parking is available at the Seven Points Parking Garage, located across the street, or at the Rainbow surface lot. Street parking is also available along both 31st Street and Hennepin Avenue.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Where is the experience taking place?
Granada Theater, 3022 Hennepin Ave, Minneapolis, MN 55403. You can drive or use public transport — the closest bus stop is Hennepin Ave & Lake St W, served by bus lines 6, 23, and 114.
What is a Flexible Cancelation Ticket, and how does it work?
Available for select events, a Flexible Cancelation Ticket lets you request a refund or exchange if you can no longer attend. You can cancel up to 48 hours before the experience starts by contacting us — no supporting documents are needed, but the ticket becomes non-refundable once transferred to another user. A refund returns the full ticket price except for the 10% fee paid for the flexible option (allow 10+ days to appear on your statement, or check the “Vouchers” section of the app if you paid with a voucher); an exchange gives you a voucher for the same value, valid only for the same experience.
What is the policy for Candle 3-Packs purchased online?
Any Candle 3-Pack purchased online must be collected at the designated location at the venue on the day of your event. Since it's tied to the specific Candlelight event date and location, all Candle add-on items purchased online and picked up onsite are non-refundable and non-returnable — all sales are final.
