What should I know about the seating?
St Anne's Cathedral dates back to the 19th century and the pews are wooden, so we recommend bringing your own cushion for extra comfort. It's also worth wrapping up warm, as evenings can be colder than expected.
Can I take photos or videos during the concert?
Photos and videos are only allowed during the final piece, and without flash, as indicated by our musicians. Please keep your phone on silent throughout the performance.
What happens if the weather affects the event?
If weather conditions affect your experience in any way — such as a change of location or a postponement — we'll notify you by email in advance.
What is the “Candlelight Photo” add-on?
It's an optional photo experience: your photo is taken in a dedicated area before the concert (finishing 10 minutes before it starts) and printed as an instant polaroid-style picture, which you collect at the exit. You'll get a QR code by separate email to show the photographer. It can also be bought at the venue while supplies last, though online purchasers get priority, and photos bought online but not collected are non-refundable.
