The performance was great but when they told people they could sing and clap and make noise, it ruined it for a lot of people around us because all we could hear was people singing in our ears, often not the best voices and you couldn’t really hear how amazing the performers were. I think if they did that maybe before the last song and had ppl join it would have been better. Quite a few people, including us were not very happy

I do know how hard the musicians work and how much they love what they do. The church in Brooklyn was perfect but the sound from the orchestra was too low and i did expect more intense show. Thanks for your effort.

You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app (available on the App Store and Google Play) — sign in with the same login method you used to purchase. Your QR code is also included in your purchase confirmation email.

No, tickets are not sold at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the Fever app or website (www.feverup.com) before you arrive.
What are the different ticket types?
Zone A offers premium visibility, Zone B great visibility, and Zone C good visibility.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time up to 48 hours before your experience starts. Contact us with your ticket ID to request the change.
Are refunds allowed?
Refunds are only available if you purchased a flexible cancellation ticket. Otherwise, exchanges to another date and/or time are allowed up to 48 hours before the original event, subject to availability — contact us to make the change.
How long does the experience last?
The experience lasts 65 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the show and close 5 minutes prior to the start — late arrivals will not be permitted.
What is a Flexible Cancellation Ticket?
Available for select events, it lets you request a refund or exchange your ticket if you can't attend. You can cancel it up to 48 hours before the experience starts (no documentation required), though it becomes non-refundable once transferred to another user. Refunds return the full ticket price minus the 10% flexible-ticket fee and can take 10+ days to appear on your statement; exchanges are issued as a voucher for the same event.

The experience takes place indoors, with assigned seating by zone on a first-come, first-served basis within your zone. Souvenir seat cushions are available to purchase in advance or at the event, subject to availability.

What is “Snapshot by Candlelight”?
An optional paid photo experience: you're photographed in a dedicated area and receive one printed polaroid-style picture as a souvenir. Your purchase confirmation includes a separate QR code to validate with the photographer, and pictures must be collected at the exit before you leave — they can't be reprinted or refunded afterward, except if we cancel the photo experience for internal reasons.
What is the policy for Candle 3-Packs purchased online?
Candle 3-Packs bought online must be collected at the designated spot at the venue on the day of your event. Because they're tied to that specific date and location, all online Candle add-on purchases picked up on-site are non-refundable, non-returnable, and final.
