The drone show will last approximately 60 minutes, including an intermission. Doors will open 2 hours prior to the event start time. We recommend arriving early to secure the best spot.

Yes, we recommend arriving as early as possible. Doors open two hours before the start of the show and no entry is permitted once the session has begun. Arriving early will also allow you to enjoy the atmosphere and our food and drink offerings.

The experience will take place at Sunken Meadow Fields, located on Randall's Island, New York, NY 10035.

This experience is held outdoors. If due to the weather forecast the event cannot be held, we will notify you via email at the same address linked to your Fever account. When in doubt, please remember to check your spam folder too.

Outside food or beverages are not allowed at the event.

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee there will be extra dates. Please refer to the experience page for updated information on availability, as those are the confirmed dates and timings.

There is no defined dress code for this experience. Weather permitting, we recommend dressing in layers and bringing a blanket or jacket, as temperatures may drop in the evening. Comfortable shoes are recommended.

Tickets will not be sold on site; they can only be purchased in the Fever App or on the Fever website.

You can view your ticket in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.

Unfortunately, no pets are allowed in this event's location, though we do welcome service animals.

Yes, the venue is wheelchair accessible.

Alcohol, audio or video recording equipment, air horns, bicycles or scooters, glass containers, illegal drugs/paraphernalia, laser pens or similar, light sticks, musical instruments, pets/animals, selfie sticks, dangerous or offensive items, divisive symbols, chairs, cameras with detachable lenses, chains/chain wallets, drones, fireworks, flags, frisbees, signs, skateboards, sports balls, tents, tripods, umbrellas, unlicensed vending, water squirt guns, weapons, smoking of any kind, and Camelbaks. All bags will be searched prior to entry. Guests with prohibited items may be asked to return them to their vehicle or be denied entry.

Guests requiring assistance throughout this experience are entitled to request one free pass for their personal assistant/support worker at the entrance of the venue.

All guests will be directed to the designated grandstands based on their ticketing zone.

DroneArt Show has not been adapted for accessibility for the visually impaired or deaf. We are doing our best to make all of our experiences inclusive and recommend that you take a look at other experiences in your city.

This venue has restrooms — please ask our staff on site for directions.

Feel free to take photos and share them. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other guests. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.

Yes, it's an experience for all ages. Children under 3 can attend for free; all other guests need their own ticket.
