Zest Recoletos Menu
A starter to share, to choose between:

• Deep fried potatoes "fried" in air with homemade brava sauce and eggplant aioli
• Tricolor sweet potato "air fried" style with beet ketchup, brocomole and eggplant aioli
• Zest croquettes with a light bechamel sauce of ham and truffle. Not fried
• Eggs, with air fried potatoes, grilled eggs and vegan bacon with mushroom base
• Light truffled pesto burrata bombe

One main course per person, to choose between:

• Light lasagna with layers of zucchini, defatted entrecote, vegetables and finished with a potato and mozzarella gratin.
• Prawn noodles, Konjac noodles (100% fiber and no carbs, with 18 kcal instead of 300) with prawns, vegetables, teriyaki and cashew nuts
• Konjac fettuccini with mushrooms and truffle (100% fiber and no carbohydrates, 18 kcal instead of 300)
• Konjac fettuccini bolognese (100% fiber and no carbs, with 18 kcal instead of 300) - Vegan option with Heura
• Veggie pizza with whole wheat flour base and zucchini. Toppings of goat cheese, caramelized onion, sundried tomato and lamb's lettuce.
• Original sin pizza with whole wheat flour base and zucchini. Toppings of boneless rib strips, red onion and homemade applesauce
• Smash Zest Burger, 50% entrecote and 50% grilled eggplant between multigrain bread. Two tiers of thin, sugar-free caramelized beef, double cheddar cheese, lettuce and Big Zest sauce. Served with potatoes "fried" in air.
• La Yankee Burger, 50% entrecote and 50% grilled eggplant between multigrain bread. With light barbecue sauce, cheddar cheese, sautéed onion and a touch of (not) bacon cream. Served with potatoes "fried" in air.
