A Flexible Cancellation ticket lets you request a refund or exchange your ticket if you decide not to attend, up to 48 hours before the experience starts, with no documentation required. Refunds are credited to your original payment method (this can take 10+ days to appear) or, if you paid with a voucher, you'll receive a new one; you'll be refunded the full ticket price except for the 10% Flexible Cancellation fee.

The concert lasts approximately 65 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the show, and no entry is permitted once it has started.

Guests who require assistance throughout the experience are entitled to one free pass for their Personal Assistant or support worker. Please contact us with proof of your need for a carer ticket (for example, a Middle or Higher rate DLA award, PIP, evidence of severe sight impairment, or a CredAbility Access Card); a Carer's ticket must be purchased alongside at least one full-price ticket.

Each zone offers a different view of the stage: Premium is the front row, while Zone D is at the back of the room.

Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be bought in advance through the app or website (feverup.com).

Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.

It's an optional add-on that lets you have your photo taken in a dedicated area before the concert (arrive at least 30 minutes early) and collect a printed polaroid-style souvenir at the exit. It can also be purchased on-site, subject to availability, but online purchasers get priority; on-site purchases are card only. Refunds are only given if the photo experience is cancelled for internal reasons.
