Rediscover the music of Hans Zimmer performed live by a string quartet in the Grand Amphithéâtre of the Maison de l'Océan, in Paris. Surrounded by thousands of candles, you'll revisit the composer's greatest soundtracks during a concert lasting around 60 minutes.
This concert experience is a tribute. It is not associated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the artist, their heirs or their official representatives.

Doors open 30 minutes before the concert. Late entry is not permitted once the concert has started.

Seats are not numbered: they are taken on a first-come, first-served basis within the zone on your ticket.

About the venueInstitut Océanographique de Paris
The Institut Océanographique de Paris, now known as the Institut Océanographique de Paris, is a landmark in the Latin Quarter of Paris. This foundation, dedicated to protecting the environment and the ocean, is a magnificent building reminiscent of Italian Renaissance palaces. It houses a large amphitheatre and brings together all the major environmental players under one roof.

What are the different types of ticket?
There are five ticket categories: Premium, Catégorie A, Catégorie B, Catégorie C and Catégorie D.
Can I buy tickets on site?
Tickets are not available for purchase on site. All tickets must be bought via the Fever app or at www.feverup.com before arriving at the event.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
If you need assistance throughout the experience, you can request a free pass for your carer. To do this, fill in the Fever contact form and send us all the supporting documents.
Is there a minimum age to attend this event?
This event is open to people aged 8 and over, and anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the Tickets section of the Fever app, which you can download from the Apple App Store or Google Play. Remember to log in with the same email address used to buy the tickets. The QR code you'll need to show on the day of the concert can also be found in the confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are allowed up to 48 hours before the start time of the concert stated on your originally purchased ticket. If you'd like to change your ticket and you meet these conditions, contact Fever customer service with your ticket ID.
Can I get a refund?
No refund will be given unless a flexible, cancellable ticket was purchased (more details below). Date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before your session's original start time and depend on availability. Contact Fever customer service to change your ticket.
What is a flexible, cancellable ticket?
With a flexible, cancellable ticket you can request a refund or exchange your ticket if you decide not to attend the experience. Flexible, cancellable tickets are only available for selected events.
When can I request a refund for my ticket?
You can cancel your flexible, cancellable ticket if you ask us at least 48 hours before the experience starts. Please note that your ticket can no longer be refunded once it has been transferred to another user.
What documents do I need to provide to cancel my ticket?
No documents are needed to request a refund or exchange.
If I opt for a refund, how long does it take to process and how will I receive it?
If you used a credit card or a PayPal account to make the purchase, we'll refund the amount paid to your associated account. Keep in mind that the money may take more than 10 days to appear in your account. If you bought your tickets using a coupon, you'll find a new coupon in the "Coupon" section, on the app's home screen. Remember that this coupon is different from your Fever Club wallet.
Will I get a full refund?
You'll receive a refund of the total ticket price, except for the 10 % fee paid for the flexible ticket option.
If I choose to exchange my ticket, when will I receive the new ticket?
You'll receive a coupon for the same value as your purchase once the exchange request is complete. Then, simply go to the experience in the Fever app, select a new date or time, and choose your coupon to pay.
Can I exchange my ticket for a different experience?
If you choose to exchange your ticket, you'll only be able to use your coupon for the experience you originally booked.
How can I request my refund?
Contact Fever customer service to request a refund for your ticket.

The concert takes place at the Maison de l'Océan, 195 rue Saint-Jacques, 75005 Paris.
How can I get there?
There's a huge number of public transport options nearby. Make sure you arrive at least 20 minutes before the concert starts. Metro: line 7, Place Monge stop; line 10, Cardinal Lemoine stop. RER: line B, Luxembourg stop. Bus: 21, 24, 27 and 38, Luxembourg and Musée et Institut Curie stops. Parking: Parking Indigo Paris Soufflot Panthéon, 22 rue Soufflot, 75005 Paris.
Will drinks be available?
No.

Animals are not allowed, except assistance animals.

What time do the doors open?
Doors open 30 minutes before the concert starts. Latecomers will not be able to access the venue.
Are the candles real? Are they flammable?
For everyone's safety, the candles are LED: they recreate the glow of a flame without real fire, so they don't burn and pose no risk.
Can I take photos or record videos? Can I use my phone during the performance?
Please keep your phone on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed when the musicians say so, and always without flash.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
