Description
Join in for this one of a kind, hands-on cooking class! You will learn to make Shanghai's famous Sesame Noodles, served with a simple poached chicken glazed in a flavorful ginger and soy sauce. Then, using wonton wrappers, you will make, shape, and fill your very own vegetable dumplings to pan fry or steam. Once you're done preparing, sit down and enjoy! Sure to be a delicious meal filled with traditional flavors of: soy, ginger, chilis, Sichuan peppercorns, cinnamon, star anise, bay leaves, and black cardamom. Participants will leave with their own supply of fresh made chili oil as well as a foundation of knowledge on which they may choose to further explore the flavorful world of Asian cuisines.
