About the venueHallé St Peter's

Hallé St Peter’s is a Grade II listed former church located in the heart of Ancoats, Manchester. Originally built in the mid-19th century, it is admired for its beautiful Gothic Revival architecture and atmospheric interior. Carefully restored, the building now serves as the rehearsal home of the Hallé Orchestra and a distinctive cultural venue, blending historic character with a vibrant contemporary arts presence.

Where can I find my ticket?

You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the App Store and Google Play) — log in with the same method you used to purchase. Your QR code is also included in your confirmation email.

Can I change my ticket?

Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. Please contact us directly, indicating your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed unless you purchased a Flexible Cancellation ticket.

What is a Flexible Cancellation ticket?

Available on selected events, this ticket type lets you request a refund or exchange up to 48 hours before the experience starts. You'll be refunded the full ticket price minus a 10% fee, or receive a voucher of the same value to book a new date for the same experience. No documentation is required.

How long does the experience last?

The show lasts approximately 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the start time, and no entry is permitted once the performance has begun.

The experience takes place indoors, with assigned seating.

What is the minimum age to attend?

All guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

How do I book a ticket for my carer or support worker?

Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience can apply for one free ticket for their Personal Assistant/Support worker. Contact us with proof of need (for example, Middle or Higher rate DLA, a PIP receipt, evidence of severe sight impairment, or a CredAbility Access Card) and we'll send you a voucher code. The carer ticket must be purchased alongside at least one full-price ticket, and both must be shown at entry.

Does this venue have wheelchair or disability access?

Can I buy tickets at the venue?

What is "Snapshot by Candlelight"?

An optional paid photo experience: you'll have your photo taken in a designated area before the show and receive a printed polaroid-style souvenir (one instant picture per purchase). Photos may also be bought at the venue, subject to availability, but priority goes to those who purchased online in advance.
