• Eggs Benedict: poached fried eggs and sliced ham served on a traditional toasted English muffin with an authentic hollandaise sauce
• Sausage Egg Muffin: toasted English muffin with pork sausage pate and topped with a fried egg
• Bacon Egg Muffin: toasted English muffin with rasher of back bacon and topped with a fried egg
• Avocado on Toast With Poached Eggs (V): duo of poached eggs and avocado served on fresh wholemeal thickly sliced toast
• Black Beans and Avocado on Toast (VE): black bean, avocado, corn and tomato salad served with fresh coriander on a toasted ciabatta
