Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play) — remember to log in with the same method you used to purchase. You'll also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience — contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances.
How long does the concert last?
The concert lasts 60 minutes. Doors open 30 minutes before the show and close 5 minutes before it starts — late arrivals will not be permitted.
Is the venue indoor or outdoor?
The concert takes place indoors, with assigned seating.
Is there food or drinks available at the venue?
No.
Is there parking available?
There is no car park at the venue. The nearest car park is at New Parliament House (1 Parliament Place, Singapore 178880), a 4-minute walk from The Arts House — note there is no covered walkway between the car park and the venue.
What is the age requirement?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Does this venue have disability access?
Only Zone A can be accessed by transferable wheelchair patrons (non-transferable wheelchairs cannot access it due to tight spaces). Zones B, C and D are accessed via stairs on level 3, with no lift, and are fully inaccessible to wheelchair patrons.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience can apply for 1 free pass for their Personal Assistant/Support worker. You must hold a valid ticket first, then contact us with supporting documentation.
What are the different ticket types?
Zone A; Zone B (same visibility as Zone C, on a cushion bench); Zone C (same visibility as Zone B, on bar stools); Zone D.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be bought through the app or website (www.feverup.com) before arriving.
How do I get to the venue?
Chamber, The Arts House is at 1 Old Parliament Ln, Singapore 179429, accessible by car and public transport. The entrance is along Old Parliament Ln, facing Victoria Theatre & Concert Hall.
Is there a dress code?
Dress as comfortably as you need — the hall can get chilly, so bring a jacket just in case.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
What is “Snapshot by Candlelight”?
An optional paid photo experience: you'll have your photo taken in a specially set-up area and receive a printed polaroid-style picture (1 instant picture per purchase). Buying it online with your ticket gives you priority over on-site purchases (card only, no cash), while stock lasts. Photos are taken before the show, ending 10 minutes before it starts — arrive at least 30 minutes early. You'll choose your picture before it's printed and collect it at the exit; pictures can't be kept for you if you leave without collecting them.
