Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app, signed in with the same method you used to purchase. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email.
Can I change or get a refund on my ticket?
Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before your experience starts — contact us with your ticket ID. Tickets are non-refundable, except as required under Australian Consumer Law.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your ticket to another Fever account at no extra cost — just tap "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. Contact us with your ticket ID if you need help.
How long does the concert last?
The concert lasts around 60 minutes, with no interval. Doors open 30 minutes before the show, and once it starts, latecomers can't be admitted.
Is the venue indoors or outdoors?
Perth Town Hall is an indoor venue with assigned seating by zone.
Is there food or drink available?
Perth Town Hall has an onsite bar in the lower foyer where you can buy drinks to take into the Hall, though the bar closes once the performance starts. No snacks are sold at the venue.
Is parking available?
Yes. The nearest City of Perth car parks are on Pier Street (between Murray and Wellington Streets), at Council House (27 St Georges Terrace), and at Perth Concert Hall (Terrace Road). See the City of Perth Parking website for details.
Is there a minimum age to attend?
Guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Does the venue have wheelchair access?
Yes. Use the entrance on Hay Street, where a ramp leads to the Lobby from Barrack Street, and a lift (opposite the stairs) gives access within the Town Hall. Wheelchair seating is available in all zones — please contact us ahead of time so staff can be ready for your arrival.
Can I take photos or videos during the performance?
Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece, without flash, when indicated by the musicians. Phones must stay on silent throughout.
Are companion cards accepted?
Yes, we accept companion and carer cards at all Fever events — please contact us for a ticket.
Can I bring my pet?
Animals aren't allowed, except for service animals.
What happens if bad weather affects the event?
If weather conditions require a change of location or postponement, we'll notify you by email in advance.
What is "Snapshot by Candlelight"?
An optional add-on with a unique photo experience during the concert — you'll get a printed polaroid-style photo as a souvenir. It can be bought at the venue if not sold out, but online purchases get priority and only card payments are accepted onsite.
