Candlelight: 80s Rock Anthems brings the great rock anthems of the 1980s to Phoenix Art Museum - Whiteman Hall, reimagined for string quartet and played live in a hall lit by candles. An unforgettable night of music in an extraordinary setting.
This concert experience is a tribute. It is not associated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the artist, their heirs or their official representatives.

Doors open 45 minutes before the concert. Late entry is not permitted once the concert has started.
Find your seat
Seats are not numbered: they are taken on a first-come, first-served basis within the zone on your ticket.

Whiteman Hall at Phoenix Art Museum is a versatile, state-of-the-art venue designed for presentations, banquets, and meetings. It offers a sophisticated atmosphere with full A/V equipment, air conditioning, and a 300-seat theater layout, perfect for diverse events in central Phoenix.

FAQs Frequently asked questions
What are the different ticket types?
There are three zones: Zone A (premium visibility), Zone B (great visibility) and Zone C (good visibility). Seating is assigned on a first-come, first-served basis within each zone.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No. Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be bought through the Fever app or website before you arrive at the event.
Can I book a ticket for my caretaker?
Guests who need assistance throughout the experience can apply for 1 free pass for their caretaker. You must hold a valid ticket before applying: once you have bought yours, contact us through the Fever help center (https://fever.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new) for more information.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store and Google Play). Remember to log in with the same method you used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. To do so, contact us through the Fever help center (https://fever.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new) with your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed, except with a Flexible Cancellation ticket.
What is a Flexible Cancellation ticket?
A Flexible Cancellation ticket allows you to ask for a refund or exchange your ticket in case you decide not to attend the experience.
When can I return my Flexible Cancellation ticket?
Up to 48 hours before the experience starts. The ticket becomes non-refundable if it is transferred.
What documents do I need to cancel my ticket?
No documentation is needed.
How long does a refund take and how will I receive it?
If you paid by credit card or PayPal, the refund can take 10 days or more to appear on your statement. If you paid with a voucher, you will receive a new voucher in the app.
Will I get a full refund?
Yes, except for the 10% Flexible Cancellation fee.
If I opt for an exchange, when will I receive the new ticket?
A voucher for the same value is issued immediately, and you can use it on the same experience.

Can I leave the concert room during the performance?
Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you will not be able to leave your seat except in the case of an emergency.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts so you can be seated within your purchased zone; doors open 45 minutes before the show. The concert begins on time and the audience must already be seated, so late arrivals will not be allowed in.
What happens if the weather conditions do not allow the event to take place?
If the weather affects your experience in any way (a change of location or a postponement), we will notify you by email in advance.
Can I sit together with my friends?
Yes, you can sit together if you arrive together and all have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving in good time, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost: just tap "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. For additional help, contact us through the Fever help center (https://fever.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new) with your ticket ID.
Are the candles flammable?
No. For the safety of attendees, all candles are flameless.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
