Excellent venue for live music, this was my second "Candlelight" gig at the Cathedral and the music itself was absolutely brilliant. A totally different take on some of my favourite ever songs. Go see it!

Originally built in the mid-19th century, it is admired for its beautiful Gothic Revival architecture and atmospheric interior. Where can I find my ticket?

You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (download it from the App Store or Google Play), logging in with the same method you used to buy it. Your QR code is also in your purchase confirmation email.

Can I buy tickets at the venue?

No. Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website before arriving at the event.

How do I book a ticket for my carer?

Guests requiring assistance are entitled to apply for one free pass for their Personal Assistant/Support worker. Contact us with proof of needing a carer ticket (accepted documents include: middle or higher rate DLA for care and/or mobility, a Personal Independence Payment (PIP) receipt, evidence of being severely sight impaired, or a CredAbility Access Card with at least one category requirement). We'll then send you a voucher code to purchase your free carer ticket, which must be bought alongside at least one full-price ticket; you'll need to show it, together with your tickets, to enter the venue.

What are the different ticket types?

Each zone offers a different proximity to the stage, with Premium being the first row and Zone D at the back of the room.

Can I change my ticket?

Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are permitted up to 48 hours before the start of your experience. Contact us quoting your ticket ID.

Are refunds allowed?

No refunds are allowed unless a flexible cancellation ticket was purchased (available for selected events, allowing you to request a refund or exchange up to 48 hours before the event). Date/time exchanges are permitted up to 48 hours before the originally purchased event, subject to availability.

How long does the event last?

65 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the show and close 5 minutes prior to the start. Late arrivals will not be permitted.

All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

A paid add-on photo experience: your photo is taken in a designated area before the show (arrive at least 30 minutes early) and you'll receive a printed polaroid-style picture to collect at the exit. Photos can also be purchased on-site, subject to availability, by card only.
