Small-space growing and technology come together in Project Plant, the UK’s first urban-farm-to-table pizzeria! Step into a series of immersive domes used to grow mushrooms, tomatoes, basil and rocket, and use the Samsung SmartThings connected platform to influence their growth. Change the colour of the lights in the tomato domes, adjust the irrigation of leafy greens, listen to mushrooms as they grow… Then harvest your favourite crops, hand them over to the team at Purezza, and enjoy an oven-fresh pizza made with your very own toppings!
