What can I expect from the event?
You are invited to Demon Slayer: Total Concentration Exhibition!
Experience the globally acclaimed anime Demon Slayer in Korea through this special exhibition. Immerse yourself in iconic scenes and beloved characters, and step into the world of the series like never before.

For you to have an estimate, people usually spend 60-90 min at this experience.
Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?
There will be no Food/Beverages available on site. However, there is a cafe located on the 2nd floor of the venue where you can purchase Food/Beverages.
Is there parking available?
No parking will be available. Please use public transportation. (A 7-minute walk from Seongsu Station, Line 2, Exit 3.)
Will there be additional sessions?
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee there will be extra dates. Please refer to the experience page for updated information on availability, as those are the confirmed dates and timings.
Will there be merchandise for sale?
Yes, official merchandise is available for purchase at the on-site MD shop (please note that there is a purchase limit per person).
About tickets
Can I purchase tickets at the door?
Yes, tickets can be purchased on-site, but we highly recommend booking in advance. You can purchase tickets through the Fever app or website.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets free of charge. Simply tap "Transfer Tickets" within the Fever app. If you need further assistance, please contact our Customer Support team with your order number.
Do I need to print my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play).
Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase.
You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email. I can't find my ticket. What should I do?
You can view your ticket in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play.
Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets.
If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us. Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?
Tickets can be rescheduled or refunded up to 24 hours before your session. To change your date/time, go to the "Tickets" section in the Fever app, tap the "Change date and/or time" button, and follow the steps provided. Alternatively, you can contact our Customer Support team with your Ticket ID (What is a Ticket ID?).
Please note that refunds are not possible once you have entered the venue. If you would like a refund, please contact Customer Support with your Ticket ID. For more details, please refer to our Terms and Conditions.- Refunds are not applicable for no-shows on the booked date.
- Please note that cultural income tax deductions and veteran discounts are not applicable.
Can I make a group booking?
No, group bookings are currently unavailable.
About access to the event
Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
We recommend arriving at the time specified on your ticket. Please note that depending on the venue's situation on the day, there may be a wait time.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
Pets are not allowed inside the venue, but service dogs are permitted.
What are the prohibited items at the experience?
Eating and drinking are not allowed inside the exhibition hall. Hazardous items (weapons, fireworks, etc.) are strictly prohibited.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Photography and video recording are strictly prohibited in certain designated areas inside the venue.
Is there a Lost & Found?
If you lose any belongings, please contact the official Demon Slayer Instagram account (@kimetsu_ex_kr). Is there an age requirement?
There is no age restriction. (Admission is free for children aged 1 to 3.)
Is smoking permitted?
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all areas of the venue.
