Do I need to print my ticket?

You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Remember to log in using the same login method you used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.

Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy?

This experience allows date changes up to 48 hours in advance. If you would like to make the change, please contact us and include the ticket ID associated with your purchase. You can also check if this option is available by consulting your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever App where, if enabled, the "Change date and/or time" button will appear. Follow the steps indicated in the link to change the date and/or time of the ticket. No refunds are permitted under any circumstances. For more information, you can consult our T&Cs.

Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever App. Please contact us if you need additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.

How long does the experience last?

The concert and drone show will last approximately 65 minutes. Doors will open 2 hours before the start of the event. We recommend arriving early to enjoy the atmosphere and our food and drink offerings, and to register before the show begins. Please note that seats are not assigned, so the earlier you arrive, the better your choice will be. No entry will be permitted once the event has started. The drones will only fly during a select number of songs.

Yes, we recommend arriving as early as possible. Doors open two hours before the start of the show and no entry is permitted once the session has begun. Tickets will not be sold at the door; they can only be purchased on the app or on the Fever website.

I can't find my ticket. What should I do?

You can view your ticket in the Fever app, in the tickets section. You will also receive your tickets in your purchase confirmation email. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from Apple App Store or Google Play. Remember to log in with the same account you used to purchase the tickets. If you still can't find your ticket, please contact us.

Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?

Animals are not allowed at this event venue unless they are service dogs.

Do you offer tickets for caregivers?

Guests who require assistance during this experience are entitled to request a free pass for their personal assistant/support worker. For this experience, simply show proof that you require a caregiver ticket at the entrance to the experience and the caregiver will be able to access it for free.
