Bubble Planet is an immersive experience that makes your dreams come true — colourful, surreal and made for all the senses. Journey through more than 10 fully interactive themed rooms, from a sea of balloons and a giant ball pit to an infinity room and a hypnotic kaleidoscope, then explore a magical planet of bubbles in the optional VR experience. Self-guided and perfect for families, friends and couples, it's around 60–90 minutes of playful wonder.

What can I expect from Bubble Planet?
An immersive experience with more than 10 fully interactive themed rooms, each featuring a different bubble-themed activity, from a sea of balloons and a giant ball pit to an infinity room. You can also enjoy an optional VR experience.
How long does the experience last?
The experience takes approximately 60–90 minutes, but you're welcome to stay as long as you like in each room. It's a one-way system, so make the most of each one!
Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?
The experience is held indoors in an air-conditioned venue.
Is there a Virtual Reality section?
Yes. The experience includes an optional VR journey through a magical planet full of bubbles. Please check whether your ticket includes it.
Are children allowed to do the VR on their own?
Children aged 6 and over can take part in the VR room on their own.
What is the difference between a VIP ticket and a regular ticket?
The regular ticket includes entry to the experience only. The VIP ticket includes entry, the VR experience, cloakroom and a Bubble Planet poster.
Are there any add-ons available?
Yes. You can add the Flex add-on to visit at any time on your selected date (one per ticket), a Photo Booth add-on with a green-screen photo and a choice of bubbly backgrounds, and a Merch add-on with a surprise souvenir pack.
Is there an age requirement?
All ages are welcome! Children aged 2 and under can visit free of charge, and minors must be accompanied by an adult.
From what age can I attend without an adult?
From the age of 17 onwards.
Is there a dress code?
There is no specific dress code, but socks must be worn in the bubble bath (ball pit). Please also be mindful of the mirror floors in some rooms.
Will there be strobe lights?
Yes, this experience includes strobe lights.
I am allergic to latex. Can I still enjoy the experience?
A couple of rooms feature latex production elements, but you'll only come into direct contact with latex in one room. Please make our staff aware of your allergy upon arrival.
Is the experience suitable for pregnant people?
The experience requires you to be on your feet and moving around the venue, but it does not involve tension or highly physical movements. We suggest speaking to the manager on arrival about any specific requirements so they can assist you.
Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience?
This is a walkthrough experience, but you'll find some seats if you need a break.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Feel free to take photos and share them. Please make sure not to disturb other visitors and be considerate of the mirror floors in some rooms. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.
Will there be an audio guide?
No, this experience does not include an audio guide.
Where can I get tickets?
On the Fever app (available on Google Play and the App Store) or on the Fever website.
Can I purchase tickets at the door?
There is a box office on site, but tickets may be sold out by the time you arrive, so we highly recommend booking in advance to guarantee your spot.
Will there be additional sessions?
We can't guarantee extra dates. Please check the experience page for the confirmed dates and times.
Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?
Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are permitted up to 48 hours before your session. Contact us through support.feverup.com with your ticket ID, or use the 'Change date and/or time' button in the 'Tickets' section of the Fever app if available. Refunds are not allowed, except as required under Australian Consumer Law.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
No, tickets for this event can't be transferred to another person.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, printing is not needed. You'll find your ticket in the 'Tickets' section of the Fever app (log in with the same method used to purchase); your QR code is also in your confirmation email.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do?
You can find it in the 'Tickets' section of the Fever app (log in with the same account you used to buy the tickets) or in your purchase confirmation email. If you still can't find it, please contact us through support.feverup.com.
Do I need to sign a waiver?
Yes, every guest needs a signed waiver. Please complete it before you arrive for a fast and seamless entry. Parents or guardians must sign for guests under 18.
Will I be able to pay cash?
No, cash is not accepted at this event.
Can I buy a gift card?
Yes! You can give Bubble Planet as a gift by purchasing a gift card on Fever.
Do you offer carer tickets?
Yes. Guests requiring assistance are entitled to one free pass for their personal assistant or support worker. Simply show proof of needing a carer ticket at the entrance.

Where is the experience located?
The experience takes place at the Fever Exhibition and Experience Centre, 62 Dawson St, Brunswick VIC 3056, Melbourne.
Is there parking available?
Parking in the area can be limited, especially on weekends and during peak periods. We recommend allowing extra time to find parking or travelling by public transport where possible.
Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
We recommend arriving at the time stated on your ticket, but you can arrive within the following 15 minutes.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes, the venue is wheelchair accessible, except for the Bubble Ocean (balloon room) and the Bubble Bath (ball pit).
Is the experience accessible for deaf or visually impaired people?
Guests with hearing impairments can enjoy the experience, as it is mostly visual. However, we do not recommend this experience for visually impaired guests.
Is there a cloakroom available on site?
Yes, the venue has a coat check. Please ask our staff on site for instructions. Cloakroom is included in VIP tickets.
Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?
No, food and beverages is not available on site.
Will there be merchandise for sale?
Yes! Merchandise is available at the shop.
What items are prohibited?
Weapons, drugs, and outside food and beverages.
Can I bring animals? Are service animals allowed?
No pets are allowed at the venue, but service animals are welcome.
Will restrooms be available on site?
Yes, restrooms are located just outside the entrance.
Is there a Lost & Found?
Please ask the staff at the venue if they have found your belongings. If you can't ask on site, please contact us at bubble.melbourne@exhibitionhub.com.
Do you offer group discounts?
Yes. Groups of 8 or more can buy the 'Group Bundle' at a reduced price directly on the main ticketing page. For groups of 25 or more, book through our large groups form to get a discounted price.
Do you offer school and educational group bookings?
Yes. Educational groups of 10 or more people, including schools, camps and social centres, can sign up and reserve their tickets through our educational groups form, and pay later.
Do you offer private and corporate events?
Yes. You can book a private, full-venue rental for a fully customised corporate event. Get in touch through the private events form on our website.
Can I celebrate a birthday at Bubble Planet?
Yes! Birthday celebrations require a minimum of 7 tickets and include a private birthday room for 30 minutes. The birthday star will also receive a gift from us as a souvenir of their special day.
What is included in a birthday booking?
The Birthday ticket includes entry to the experience and the birthday room. The VIP Birthday ticket also includes the VR experience and a Bubble Planet poster. The package includes soft drinks, a birthday host, Happy Birthday banners, tablecloths, napkins, forks, and plates for cake and drinks.
How do I book a birthday celebration?
Birthdays must be booked via the website and cannot be booked by email. Always select the 'Birthday Room' option when booking so the room is reserved exclusively for you. If you're unsure of the number of attendees, select the minimum; you can add more on arrival.
Does everyone need a ticket for the birthday?
Yes, every guest entering the exhibition or the birthday room needs a valid ticket, except children under 3. Birthday tickets are non-refundable.
How does the birthday visit work on the day?
You can be admitted up to 15 minutes before your booked time. When you arrive, let the box office know you're here for a party and your coordinator will assist you. Your visit starts with 30 minutes in the party room, then your guests explore the exhibition.
Can I bring decorations, food and drinks?
Yes, you can bring your own decorations (no tape on the walls), cake and drinks. Alcoholic drinks and candles are not permitted. You're also welcome to play your own music from your phone.
