Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, signing in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email.

Can I transfer my tickets to another person?

Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Out of respect for the musicians and the rest of the audience, you will not be able to leave your seat except in the case of an emergency.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive 30 minutes before the concert starts. The audience must already be seated beforehand, as the concert begins on time. If you arrive late, you will not be allowed to enter, out of respect for the musicians and the rest of the audience.
Are the candles flammable?
No, for the safety of attendees, all candles used are flameless.
