What are the different ticket types?
Tickets are sold in four zones: Zone A, Zone B, Zone C and Zone D.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be bought through the Fever app or website (www.feverup.com) before you arrive at the event.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests who need assistance throughout the experience can apply for one free pass for their personal assistant or support worker. The guest who needs assistance must have a valid ticket before applying: once you have bought your ticket, contact us with proof of disability.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Remember to sign in with the same method you used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time of your ticket up to 48 hours before the start of your experience: contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more information, see our T&Cs.

How do I get to the venue?
The venue can be reached on foot, by public transport, by car or by bike.

No food or drink is served.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
Is the venue accessible for people with disabilities?
Yes, the venue is wheelchair accessible.
Is there parking available?
There is no organised parking.
Can I take photos or videos during the performance?
Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece and without flash, as our musicians will indicate.
Can I use my phone during the performance?
Your phone must be on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece and without flash, as our musicians will indicate.
Can I leave the room during the performance?
Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you will not be able to leave your seat except in an emergency.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive 30 minutes before the concert starts. The concert begins on time and the audience must already be seated. If you arrive late, you will not be allowed in, out of respect for the musicians and the rest of the audience.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost: just tap "Transfer tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. If you need more help, contact us with your ticket ID.
Are the candles flammable?
No. For the safety of everyone attending, all the candles are flameless.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
