We had an awesome time

We had a really fun time here. The challenges are a good mixture of physical and getting the brain going. There were two of us and we both agreed it would have been better with another two or three people.

Absolutely loved it will go again

Absolutely brilliant place to visit! We came for my daughter’s 13th birthday, and she had the most amazing time. 🥳💗 There were so many activities to do, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better time. We’ll definitely be coming back! Highly recommend! ⭐️✨

The staff were very friendly and understanding and helpful, the experience itself was the most fun i've had in ages would 110% reccomend and will be going back with more than 2 people next time. (I am an actual person replying to this, i just type like a robot)

Do I need to print my ticket?

No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly in the Fever App.

Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?

This experience allows date changes up to 24 hours in advance. You can check your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever App, where the "Change date and/or time" button will appear if enabled. Refunds are not permitted under any circumstances.

Can I transfer my tickets to another person?

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. Just click "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever App.

What's the goal?

With your team, try to escape from as many cells as possible. If you fail, you can retry or try new cells — but the overall timer keeps running! Each successful challenge earns you between 25 and 100 points, and live rankings are displayed on screens in the reception and game areas.

How many people can play?

Prison Island London can accommodate 29 teams of 2-5 people at the same time. Groups larger than 5 will be split into multiple teams. For the best experience we recommend coming in teams of 3 or more.

People usually spend 90 minutes of game time at this experience, excluding arrival time.
