Ryogoku Kokugikan is a facility where official sumo tournaments are held, and it is also used for martial arts, sports competitions, and music concerts. It has a capacity of 11,098 people, includes an attached Sumo Museum, and hosts three national sumo tournaments per year. It is a 5-minute walk from Ryogoku Station.
