Domaine National du Palais-Royal

The Royal Palace is a historical building built in the 17th century for Louis XIV's brother, the Duke of Orleans. It became the official residence of French kings until the French Revolution. It now houses the Council of State and the Court of Cassation. It is also known for its garden, ideal for strolling.
