Cathedral Cellar
Cathedral Cellar, built in 1930, is known as the “cathedral of wine” for its domed ceilings and stained-glass windows. Lined with 32 hand-carved stukvats depicting South Africa’s wine history, the space blends heritage and modern lighting following a 2005 renovation—creating a dramatic yet intimate atmosphere where history and culture meet.
