Then as now, Gut Emkendorf is a cultural center of Northern Germany. Even under Julia von Reventlow, the estate was a popular place for artists, poets, thinkers, and musicians. The stately buildings were also a meeting place for hunting parties and other noble circles. Today, Gut Emkendorf is open to all people and is a popular venue for weddings, fairs, markets, conferences, tours, and much more.
