About Maren

Maren, born in Bilbao on November 30, 2002, began her musical journey at a very young age, initially treating songwriting as a playful pastime. Over time, this creative outlet grew into her primary means of expression and emotional exploration. By the age of fourteen, she released her debut EP, "Alguien Sin Vergüenza," and started performing intimate acoustic shows that summer, marking the beginning of her public artistic career.

At eighteen, Maren unveiled her first full-length album, "Margaritas y Lavanda" (2021), which received attention throughout Spain and led her to tour prestigious venues nationwide. This period of rigorous touring helped her refine her distinctive voice and stage presence. Building on this experience, Maren crafted her sophomore album, "Qué Lástima," a project intentionally designed for live performance. This record blends classic rock influences with modern sonic elements, reflecting both her artistic growth and the insights gained from three years on the road.

Maren’s evolution from a precocious talent to a confident musician showcases a delicate balance between youthful energy and artistic maturity. Her music stands out for combining nostalgic tones with fresh, contemporary sounds—offering listeners a deeply personal yet universally resonant experience. Today, Maren continues to captivate audiences with her authentic storytelling and dynamic performances, solidifying her place in Spain’s vibrant music scene.
