    Doors open 30 minutes before the concert. They close 5 minutes before it starts. Late entry is not permitted once the concert has started.

    Seats are not numbered: they are taken on a first-come, first-served basis within the zone on your ticket.

Are refunds allowed?
No refunds are allowed. Exchanges to other dates and/or times are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of the originally purchased event, subject to availability. Please email hello@feverup.com directly to change your ticket.
When should I arrive?
Doors open at least 30 minutes before the start time of the concert. No late entry is permitted.
Can I bring animals?
No animals are allowed under any circumstances. Please contact hello@feverup.com if you plan to bring a service animal.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No. You only need to show your Fever ticket in the app or your email on arrival at the venue.
Can I bring my child?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Are food and drink available?
No food and drinks will be available.
Do you accept Companion Cards?
Yes, all Fever Australia events accept companion cards. Please notify hello@feverup.com when purchasing your ticket and Fever will reserve the companion's seat.
Can I purchase a ticket at the event?
No. Tickets are not available at the venue. They must be bought through the Fever app or website before you arrive.
Can I use a Discover NSW voucher?
Yes. Apply your voucher code during checkout to take $25 off your order.
What are the zones?
Zone A has premium visibility, Zone B great visibility, Zone C good visibility and Zone D restricted visibility.
Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, signing in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email. Tickets are fully digital, so there is no need to print anything.
Can I take photos or record videos? Can I use my phone during the performance?
Please keep your phone on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed when the musicians say so, and always without flash.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
Are the candles real? Are they flammable?
For everyone's safety, the candles are LED: they recreate the glow of a flame without real fire, so they don't burn and pose no risk.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
