Description
Feed your soul and catch some waves at this yoga, surf and coffee session at Manly Beach. Start off your Sunday with some energising movement in an hour-long vinyasa flow. After you’ve found your zen, it’s time to hit the water, and enjoy a beginner or intermediate surf lesson led by Manly Surf School. Feel free to borrow wetsuits and surfboards or bring your own! Finish the class with a delicious coffee as you get to know your new community of like-minded movement, wellness and coffee lovers!
