• Sunshine Fritters: corn and jalapeño fritters with mango salsa (GF)(VG)
• Ocho Rios Ceviche: tuna ceviche, passionfruit, coriander, roasted corn, chilli, fresh lime & crispy tortilla (GF)(DF)
• Soft Shell Crab Tacos: cripy softshell crab, pineapple, guacamole, chipotle sauce, mango chili glaze (DF)
• Scorched Corn: chargrilled corn, jerk chimichurri, chilli, shaved toasted coconut (VG)(GF)
• World Famous Chargrilled Jerk Chicken: jerk spiced bbq chicken thigh with pineapple salsa, cassava crisps, jerk sauce (GF)
• Dessert: rum cake with homemade custard and a rum caramel dressing, coconut flakes and honeycomb
