Yoga Classes - San Antonio

The location where the class takes place overlooks the beautiful bay of San Antonio. Your practice is inspiring and liberating as you look out towards the sea and the islands in front of you. Breathing the clean air and absorbing the elements around you really encompasses a peaceful and unique experience.


Itinerary

The class will be led through an Ashtanga type flow involving some of the key elements from the Ashtanga Primary. You will practice techniques such as Pranayama (breathing), the Sun Salutation sequences, Vinyasa's and Asanas. Each vinyasa will connect the Asana where you will hold this pose for 5 breaths.
