Starters: Peri-Peri Chicken Wings: Wings lightly fried & tossed in mild peri. Served with seasoning, spiced chunky tomato sauce
Mains: Spatchcock chicken served with wilted mixed green in a red wine jus
Dessert: Dark chocolate tart: served with creme fraiche, apricots and honeycomb

Starters: Lamb Samosas: Spiced lamb samosas with onions, peas and Mrs. Ball’s Chutney
Mains: Smoked Paprika Grilled Sea Bass served with chilli & tomato pesto, wilted mixed greens and lemon oil
Dessert: Red plum creme brulee served with a compote of roasted red plums, vanilla custard and caramelized sugar

Starters: Grilled Vegetable Salad: Chargrilled mixed peppers, courgettes, artichoke heart, mixed leaf salad and aged balsamic
