Description
Hyatt Lodge invites you to have a five-course dinner at its premier lakefront restaurant, Waterβs Edge, highlighting a selection of wines from the Mondavi family winery. Guests will mix and mingle on the patio while sipping fine wine and spritzes before migrating to the private dining room featuring breathtaking views of the lakefront and preserve. Marc Mondavi, co-proprietor of Charles Krug Estate, will be speaking at the dinner and sharing the history of the wines and the Mondavi family. The dinner menu includes tasting dishes curated by Executive Chef Joshua Karther, paired with five wines from the Charles Krug lineup. After the event, enjoy additional drinks and continue socializing at the cozy Hearth Lounge.
