You will be introduced to the principles behind espresso-making: ratios, grind, maintenance, brew time, and temperature. You will taste 3 different doses and 3 different grind sizes to illustrate the theory behind them. The second part of the workshop is about milk steaming, frothing, grooming, and pouring. This will include proper pitcher selection, milk, and plant-based alternatives, steaming, frothing, and grooming techniques, and finally some simple latte art!
