Description
Memli Coffee Lab’s mission is to help coffee enthusiasts like you, learn more and develop skills to become a coffee connoisseur. Every workshop is unique and comes with personalized brewing assistance and Q&A. Nobody should experience the struggle of making a great cup of coffee as you experienced it in a shop. You will be introduced to the principles behind espresso-making: ratios, grind, maintenance, brew time, and temperature. You will taste 3 different doses and 3 different grind sizes to illustrate the theory behind them. The second part of the workshop is about milk steaming, frothing, grooming, and pouring. This will include proper pitcher selection, milk, and plant-based alternatives, steaming, frothing, and grooming techniques, and finally some simple latte art!
