- Child ticket: Ages 10-17
- Minimum age required: Ages 10+ and must have some ocean experience
- Pregnant women are welcome on board but it is recommended that you consult with your doctor first if you are suffering from morning sickness or are susceptible to motion sickness
- Please indicate at checkout page if there will be passengers in wheelchairs so the crew can prepare the vessel and assist with boarding procedures
- Passengers with dietary requirements or young children are welcome to bring a small amount of their preferred food and drink on board
- The operator has a duty of care to the guests and have a 100% safety record. The tour will not operate in extreme weather conditions. The team constantly monitors the weather forecast for all tours and will advise guests of any adverse weather
- The minimum required number of participants for the tour to push through is 10. If the minimum is not reached, the operator will inform you in advance prior the scheduled tour date about cancelation or rescheduling
- The onboard photographer will be collecting photos of your tour and these will be available to download for free from the [Daily Report] section of the official website
- On average, 5 whales can be sighted on each tour and on some occasions, 1 whale may only be sighted or inversely, break a record for the amount of whales sighted in one day. Please note that the numbers may vary during your experience
- Please note that swimming, touching, or feeding the whales is strictly prohibited
