The Chef 👨‍🍳
Chef Davide is a professional chef with over 25 years of culinary experience, born and raised in Venice, Italy. An expert in Italian cuisine, he has worked in various specialised seafood restaurants and 5-star hotels before migrating to Australia in 2003. In 2020 he joined the team of Bespoke Catering as Head Chef. His menus are the results of preparation and innate creativity. Davide highlights seasonal products, and is known for his unique blending of modern Australian cuisine using native ingredients with the charm of classical Italian cuisine.
