Founded in Japan in 2016, Flipper's is now one of the most famous soufflé pancake brands in the world. Its Soho venue opened in 2019, and brought the concept of fluffy pancakes to New York. Flipper's Soho offers sweet and savory pancakes, as well as pancake-based breakfast and brunch, coffee, tea, and boba. These popular soufflé pancakes can be enjoyed indoors or in the cute outdoor setup on West Broadway.
