- No prior experience needed. This activity is safe for beginners to participate in
- Minimum age to participate: Age 3+
- Participants under 180cm tall must weigh 105kg or lighter
- Participants over 180cm tall must weigh 115kg or lighter
- Participants who are intoxicated may be refused service. In this case, no refunds will be given
- This activity is not recommended for those with medical conditions (heart problems, previous neck and back injuries, those wearing a hard plaster cast) or pregnant women
- The activity is operational in all weather conditions except during storms or typhoons. In case of cancellation, you will be given the option to book an alternative date or request a full refund
- Same price applies to all ages
- Guests are required to sign a liability waiver form on-site that informs them of the risks of the activity

## What to Wear
- Light and comfortable clothing (preferrably dry-fit material)
- Lace-up or closed-toe shoes
- All loose items must be removed prior to flying and can be stored in the onsite lockers. This includes all jewellery (e.g. watches, rings, earrings, bangles, bracelets, necklaces etc), keys, phones, wallets, coins, toys and any other loose items

- Equivalent services are available for guests requiring disability accommodation or accessibility
