- Passengers who are pregnant, suffer from back, neck or heart conditions and/or any other pre-existing conditions or injuries are not allowed to join
- Child ticket: Age 5-15
- Thunder Jet’s life jackets hold up to a maximum of 150kg, therefore the maximum weight of a passenger should be 150kg
- Passengers who ride with Thunder Jet do so at their own risk and must sign a release of liability/assumption of risk prior to boarding
- Thunder Jet will not be responsible for any personal injuries, equipment loss or damage sustained while traveling with Thunder Jet
- Passengers cannot take cameras on board as this could be a risk to yourself or others, unless you have a head or chest-mounted Go Pro
- Thunder Jet provides a secure locker on the wharf (free) where you can store your valuables
