About the venueThéâtre du Vaudeville
The Théâtre du Vaudeville is a historic venue located in Brussels' Galerie de la Reine. This 250 m² multi-purpose space is ideal for organizing private or corporate events such as sit-down dinners, catwalk shows or dance parties. The hall can accommodate up to 350 people standing or 160 seated.

Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app (download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Remember to log in with the same email address you used to buy your tickets. The QR code you'll need to show on the day of the concert is also in your confirmation email.
What are the different ticket types?
Premium, Category A, Category B, Category C, Category D and Balcony.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the event.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
If you need assistance throughout the experience, you can request a free pass for your carer. Contact us with the relevant supporting documents once you've purchased your ticket (you need a valid ticket before making the request).
Is there an age requirement for the event?
This event is only for people aged 8 or older, and anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time shown on your ticket. If you meet these conditions, contact us indicating your ticket ID. No refund will be given. For more information, refer to our Terms and Conditions.
What are flexible refundable tickets, and how do I request a refund?
For certain events, flexible refundable tickets let you request a full refund if you decide not to attend. You can request this refund up to 48 hours before the experience starts; it's no longer possible once the ticket has been transferred to another person. No documentation is needed — just contact us to make the request.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost. Simply click “Transfer Tickets” from your ticket in the Fever app. For additional help, contact us indicating your ticket ID.
Where is the experience taking place and how do I get there?
Théâtre du Vaudeville, located inside the Galeries de la Reine, in Brussels.
Is this an indoor or outdoor experience?
This is an indoor experience with assigned seating.
Is there food or drink available?
No.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
Does this venue have disability access?
Yes, but only on the ground floor. The Balcony is not accessible for people with reduced mobility.
Can I take pictures or videos during the performance?
Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece, without flash. The performers will remind you of this during the show.
How long does the experience last?
Approximately 60 minutes. Doors open 30 minutes before the concert starts. Late arrivals will not be permitted.
What happens if the concert cannot take place due to bad weather conditions?
If weather conditions affect your experience in any way (change of venue or date change), we will let you know by email in advance.
Are the candles real candles with a flame?
No, for everyone's safety, the room is lit with electronic candles with no real flame.
