This was our second time seeing a candlelight show and I am officially addicted, words can't explain how gorgeous the whole setting is, and then you add this majestic melody. You can't help but be engulfed in the moment and moved with such talent. Needless to say I absolutely loved it and wanted to go home and watch every movie that was composed by Hans Zimmer.

Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app (download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Remember to log in with the same login method you used to make the purchase. You'll also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
What are the different ticket types?
First Row Seating (best visibility), Zone A Seating (premium visibility), Zone B Seating (great visibility), Zone C Seating (good visibility) and Zone D Seating (restricted visibility).
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the event.
Are companion cards accepted?
Yes, we accept companion and carer cards at all Fever events. Please contact us for a ticket.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. Please contact us indicating your ticket ID. Tickets are non-refundable, except as required under Australian Consumer Law. For more information, refer to our T&Cs.
Can I transfer my ticket to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost. It's as easy as clicking “Transfer Tickets” on your ticket in the Fever app. For additional help, contact us indicating your ticket ID.
Where is the experience taking place and how do I get there?
Perth Town Hall, Cnr Hay and Barrack Street, Perth WA 6000. The venue is accessible by car and public transport: the Red CAT bus stop and a taxi rank are adjacent to the venue, Perth City train station and the bus station are three blocks away, and the Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre / Perth Esplanade Busport are five blocks away. Is this an indoor or outdoor experience?
This is an indoor experience with assigned seating.
Is there parking available?
The nearest City of Perth car parks are on Pier Street (between Murray and Wellington Streets), Council House (27 St Georges Terrace) and Perth Concert Hall (Terrace Road). Visit the City of Perth Parking website for more information.
Is there food or drink available?
Perth Town Hall operates an onsite bar in the lower foyer area, and guests are welcome to take drinks into the Hall. The bar closes during the performance, and there are no snacks available at the venue.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
Does this venue have disability access?
Yes. Please use the entrance on Hay Street, where a ramp gives access to the Lobby from Barrack Street; once inside, a lift opposite the stairs gives access to the Town Hall, and wheelchair seating is available in all zones. For wheelchair assistance, please contact us ahead of time so we can notify onsite staff. The nearest disabled drop-off bay is 150 metres away on the south side of Murray Street, near the corner of Barrack Street.
Can I take pictures or videos during the performance?
Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece, and without flash, as indicated by our musicians.
How long does the event last?
The event lasts approximately 65 minutes. Doors open 30 minutes before the show, and there is no entry once it starts.
What happens if the weather doesn't allow the event to take place?
If weather conditions affect your experience in any way (change of location or postponement), we will notify you by email in advance.
Are the candles flammable?
No, for the safety of attendees, all candles used are flameless.
What is “Snapshot by Candlelight”?
It's an optional photo experience, available exclusively to guests who purchase it, where you'll have your photo taken in a specially designated area and receive a printed polaroid-style picture (1 instant picture per purchase). It can also be purchased at the venue if not sold out, though online purchasers get priority; on-site purchases are by card only. You'll receive a separate QR code by email to validate with the photographer. Refunds are only given if the photo opportunity is cancelled for internal reasons.
