Description
This class is inspired by Valentines Day, so think of love, chocolate, and booze. It’s a great date night event for those who are in love. Manhattan Zodiac’s company mission is dedicated to imbibing with appreciation, elegance, and knowledge - pairing chocolate with cocktails seems to be the perfect combo to bring this mission to life. You will be making one shaken cocktail and one stirred cocktail. The shaken cocktail will be bubbly, fruity, and refreshing. It will be paired with buttery and smooth chocolate to highlight the acidity of sparkling Rose and the complex flavors and aromas from the liqueurs. 
Delicious elderflower and black raspberry liqueurs will bring floral and fruity notes into this cocktail. The stirred cocktail will be bold, complex, yet gentle. Bitterness of dark chocolate will enhance the smoky mezcal, and the coffee notes of Tia Maria will create a soft long finish. You will dive into mixology fundamentals and all the important elements that make a cocktail perfectly balanced!
