Pastelaria Batalha created new virtual classes to make your Christmas even sweeter! Now, you can learn how to make Bolo Rei (King's Cake) and Bolo Rainha (Queen's Cake) at home, and celebrate the holidays Portuguese style! This Bolo Rei virtual workshop is led by Chef João Batalha, who shares the step by step recipe of Pastelaria Batalha that won Best Bolo Rei at the Wonderland Lisboa event. The class lasts around an hour and a half and covers all the steps to make professional a quality Bolo at home! During the online demonstration you will be able to watch, learn and interact, as well as clear your baking related doubts.
