🕒 Dates and times: Saturdays, Sundays and some holidays. Access between 11:00 and 11:30 a.m
⏳ Duration: you will be able to stay in the restaurant for 1 hour and a half

• Guacamole made on the spot: molcajete, guacamole and edamame, broken burrata, mint and nacho chips
• Brioche with crumbled oxtail, mushroom slices, Bull sauce and arugula
• Sanlúcar shrimps wrapped in fresh basil

Main course, to choose between:

• Fried chicken thigh burger, ras el hanout mayonnaise, trocadero lettuce, tomato and french fries
• Pure pastrami sandwich show by Bimbo
• French toast with caramelized brioche bread, red berry jam and toasted butter ice cream
• Eggs Benedict NY style, bread, brioche, Iberian bacon and Bearnaise sauce
• Low temperature eggs, smoked salmon, hollandaise sauce and fresh dill
