Doors open before the concert and close shortly before it starts. Late entry is not permitted, so we recommend arriving early.

Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the App Store and Google Play), signing in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket or get a refund?
Date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before your experience starts, subject to availability; contact us quoting your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances.
Can I transfer my ticket to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your ticket to any other Fever account at no extra cost. Just click "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. For help, contact us quoting your ticket ID.
How long does the concert last?
About 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the show and close 5 minutes before it starts; late arrivals will not be permitted.
Is the concert indoors or outdoors?
It's an indoor concert with assigned seating.
Is food or drink available?
No, there is no food or drink available for purchase at the venue. Only bottled water is allowed to be consumed inside the performance space.
Is parking available?
There is no parking at First Baptist Church itself, but limited on-street parking is available on Laurier Avenue on weekends and evenings. The City Hall parkade across the street also offers parking for $2 on weekends.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
Yes, all guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I book a ticket for my carer, and can I bring animals?
Guests requiring assistance can apply for 1 free pass for their personal assistant/support worker after purchasing their own ticket, by contacting us with supporting documentation (such as an Access 2 Card). Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
Does this venue have disability access?
Yes. The venue entrance has no stairs, and there is an elevator to the performance space and to the accessible washroom. If you have any concerns about accessible seating, contact us at hello@feverup.com.
Can I take pictures or videos during the performance?
Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece and without flash, as indicated by our musicians. Your phone must be on silent mode throughout the performance, and out of respect for the musicians and audience, you won't be able to leave your seat except in an emergency.
Can I sit together with friends?
Yes, if you arrive together and all have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving in good time so we can do our best to accommodate you.
What happens if the weather doesn't allow the event to take place?
If weather conditions affect your experience in any way (change of location or postponement), we'll notify you by email in advance.
Are the candles flammable?
No, for the safety of attendees, all candles used are flameless.
Do I have to wear a mask?
We encourage all attendees to wear a mask, though it is not required. This policy is subject to change.
What is "Snapshot by Candlelight"?
It's an optional paid photo experience: you'll have your photo taken in a designated area and receive a printed polaroid-style picture (1 instant picture per purchase). Photos can also be bought on-site (card only) if the opportunity isn't sold out, though online buyers get priority. Your photo is taken before the concert (the photo experience closes 10 minutes before showtime) and you'll collect the printed picture at the exit; pictures can't be kept for you if you leave without collecting them, and refunds are only given if the experience is cancelled for internal reasons.
