Guests requiring assistance can apply for 1 free pass for their personal assistant/support worker after purchasing their own ticket, by contacting us with supporting documentation (such as an Access 2 Card). Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.

Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece and without flash, as indicated by our musicians. Your phone must be on silent mode throughout the performance, and out of respect for the musicians and audience, you won't be able to leave your seat except in an emergency.

Yes, if you arrive together and all have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving in good time so we can do our best to accommodate you.

If weather conditions affect your experience in any way (change of location or postponement), we'll notify you by email in advance.

No, for the safety of attendees, all candles used are flameless.

We encourage all attendees to wear a mask, though it is not required. This policy is subject to change.

It's an optional paid photo experience: you'll have your photo taken in a designated area and receive a printed polaroid-style picture (1 instant picture per purchase). Photos can also be bought on-site (card only) if the opportunity isn't sold out, though online buyers get priority. Your photo is taken before the concert (the photo experience closes 10 minutes before showtime) and you'll collect the printed picture at the exit; pictures can't be kept for you if you leave without collecting them, and refunds are only given if the experience is cancelled for internal reasons.
