Music and ambiance are wonderful

Beautiful experience!! I really enjoyed the evening there with classical music instead of watching Netflix on my couch. I'd only wish that the candles are real with flame 🔥

The musicians are really good and the ambiance with the candles is really warm. It is a good thing that it is not too long; the seats are not that confortable! A very pleasant evening.

Where can I find my ticket?

You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Remember to log in with the same method you used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.

Can I change my ticket or get a refund?

Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience — contact us indicating your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances.

How long does the experience last?

The show lasts about 65 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the show, and no entry is allowed once it starts.

Is this an indoor or outdoor experience?

This is an indoor experience with assigned seating.

Is there food served?

There will be no food or drinks available for purchase at the venue. Only bottled water is permitted inside the performance space.

Is there parking available?

Knox does not have its own parking lot, but there's plenty of parking nearby, some of it free. Parking on both sides of Lisgar Street is free on weekends and evenings. Parking at the City Hall parkade next door is available on weekends for $2.

Is there an age requirement?

The experience is recommended for those 8 and older. To preserve the experience, disruptive behaviour may result in being asked to step outside. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Does this venue have disability access?

Yes — for those with difficulty using stairs, Knox offers wheelchair access to both the Sanctuary and Geneva Hall through the Garden entrance on Elgin Street (the one with glass doors). A barrier-free restroom is available in Geneva Hall. Please ask any of the ushers for directions.

Can I book a ticket for my caretaker?

Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience are entitled to apply for 1 free pass for their Personal Assistant/Support Worker. You must already have purchased your own ticket before applying — contact us with supporting documentation, such as an Access 2 Card or another document depending on your needs. If you have any concerns about accessible seating, please contact us at hello@feverup.com.

How do I get to the venue?

Knox Presbyterian Church is located at 120 Lisgar St, Ottawa, on the corner of Elgin Street and Lisgar Street in Centretown.
