This concert experience is a tribute. It is not associated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the artist, their heirs or their official representatives.
Programme: The Four Seasons by A. Vivaldi (Spring, Summer, Autumn, Winter) and La Folia.
Performed by top local musicians on String quartet.

Doors open before the concert and close shortly before it starts. Late entry is not permitted, so we recommend arriving early.

Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Remember to log in using the same method you used to make the purchase. You'll also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket? Are refunds allowed?
Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are permitted up to 48 hours before your experience starts — contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed unless a flexible cancellation ticket was purchased.
How long does the concert last?
The concert lasts about 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before it starts, and no entry is possible once the show has begun.
Is the venue indoor or outdoor?
The concert takes place indoors, with seats assigned on arrival according to the ticket type you purchased.
Is there food served?
The hotel bar will be open, and you'll be able to buy drinks there before the concert starts (bar access from 50 minutes before the show).
Is parking available?
Yes, parking is available near the venue and on the street.
Is there an age requirement?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

What are the different ticket types?
There are four ticket types available: Zone A, Zone B, Zone C and Zone D.
Can I buy tickets at the box office?
No, tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be bought through the app or website before arriving at the event.
Can I book a ticket for my carer/caretaker?
Guests who require assistance throughout the experience can request 1 free pass for their personal assistant. Once you've bought your ticket, contact us with the relevant supporting documents.
What is the Flexible Cancellation Ticket?
The Flexible Cancellation Ticket lets you request a refund or exchange your ticket if you decide not to attend the experience. You can cancel it by contacting us up to 48 hours before the experience starts, with no documentation required (a 10% fee applies for refunds). It becomes non-refundable if transferred to another user.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
How do I get to the venue?
You can get to the event by public transport, by car, or on foot from the city centre.
